IRCC applications 

• If you need guidance on the application process for study permit extension, coop work permit or post-graduate work permit, we recommend that you join one of our immigration workshops first. During the workshops we guide students through the application process from beginning to end and answer questions.
If you attended a workshop and started on your application but still need further guidance, please book a one-on-one appointment. 

One-on-One Immigration Appointments 

Please read the following information before booking an appointment 

 International Student Immigration Advisors cannot assist with the following inquiries: 

Permanent Residency (for any PR related questions, please refer to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website.)
New study permit application process and inquiries, please visit the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website at cic.gc.ca
Admissions (application status, deferral requests and admission requirements): please contact the international admissions team at ccttadmissions@sheridancollege.ca 
Office of the Registrar (fees, timetable, registration readmission, withdrawal and course(s) availability, graduation letter and transcripts): please connect with Office of the Registrar

 

Booking an Appointment 

• Appointments can be booked a maximum of seven days in advance.  
• 
To access the appointment booking page you must use your Sheridan at CCTT username and password 

In-person Appointments 

• After you book the appointment, you will receive an email confirmation
On the day of the appointment, please visit the Student Affairs office to meet with the Immigration Advisor. 

Virtual Appointments 

• After you book the appointment, you will receive an email confirmation with a “Join your appointment” link. 
• On the day of the appointment, you can connect with the Immigration Advisor online through the “Join your appointment” link. 

Canceling and Rescheduling 

• If you are not able to make your appointment, please cancel or reschedule the appointment.
You can cancel or reschedule a booked appointment from the email confirmation you receive when the appointment is booked by clicking on “Reschedule”.
